Shipping
The shipping is free and takes around 3-7 business days. We ship to every country. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours. Please be aware that LushGleam is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order; all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes. LushGleam will go under the laws of International Sale of Goods (CISG) and Realted Transactions. 
Additionally, LushGleam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. 

Processing Time

Our processing time is 1-5 business days, which is the time we need to pack your candy. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
